Decagon lattice, Schwarz' P surface @EdoTimmermans

This decagon lattice is also an approximation of Schwarz's P surface. In this lattice the spherical parts are basically dodecahedra that are connected with each other through narrow tunnel. They are so narrow, that the magnets have the strong tendency to close these tunnels.

$Sierpinski octahedron & more The Sierpinski ocgtahedron is a 3D fractal. I remember seeing Sierpinski cubes and tetrahedra made with magnets, but not the octahedron. My build only is the second iteration, with smaller octahedra a third iteration should be possible to make. The other builds in this video, made with the same octahedra: a dodecahedron and a tetrahedron.$
