Drake has officially underwent the process to file a lawsuit against UMG on the basis of defamation and using bots and payolas to artificially boost Kendrick Lamar's diss track "Not Like Us." However, it's very easy to disprove most of his points, and today, I'm going to be doing exactly that.
There's a lot to go over, but in doing so, you'll start to realize how shady this lawsuit really is. I'm not a lawyer, I'm just a guy who did a few simple Google searches and that's all it took to show how easily refutable this lawsuit is.
