No, these things are not evidence of missiles being used. It's a rather far-fetched theory anyway, but it's also a far-fetched theory backed by zero evidence. The explosion is on the correct side of the street (the center is just behind the dust cloud), and the trails don't show up until THREE seconds after the initial blast.
