I'm screen recording directly from inside a PlayStation classic. I assure you it runs much faster and smooth when im not screen recording. Having Linux installed just opened up a lot more possibilities. We can even run it alongside Project Eris. Props to Donluca for making it happen:

How to backup and Restore linux:
Open Terminal
Type sudo -s
cd /
tar -cvpzf backup.tar.gz exclude=/backup.tar.gz one-file-system /
this will create a full backup of your linux on the root of your linux filesystem
to restore the backup, place the backup.tar.gz file on the root of your linux USB, create a folder called SHELL on root of the USB, reboot to PSClassic and boot up with the linux USB
input these commands to restore the backup:
umount /gaadata
mkfs.ext4 /dev/mmcblk0p9
mount -o rw /dev/mmcblk0p9 /gaadata
tar -xzvpf /media/backup.tar.gz -C /gaadata
Use Project Eris to boot back into Debian and thats it")

For Autobleem copy the sm64_builder folder to /media/Apps
For Project Eris, copy the sm64_builder folder to /media/project_eris/etc/project_eris/SUP/launchers
Rename your Super mario 64 rom to baserom.us.z64 and place it inside the sm64ex-psc folder. Make sure your rom has the .z64 extension not .n64 otherwise itll give a hash mismatch error.
Launch the app and give it about 10 minutes to build. Once done you can open the sm64 game from the Apps menu. For Autobleem, press start at the main menu, then press select twice to reach the Apps section.
For Project Eris, just open Project Eris and itll appear in the carousel. You can delete the sm64_builder folder once the game is built.
If for some reason the game doesnt get copied to the carousel, try navigating to sm64_builder/sm64ex-psc/build and copy the us_pc folder to /media/Apps in Autobleem or /media/project_eris/etc/project_eris/SUP/launchers for Project Eris. you can rename the us_pc folder to sm64 or any name you like.")
