My interview/debate on Salaamedia about AfriForum's appearance in court to appeal the 2019 ruling that banned the display of the old South African flag or "Apartheid flag" both in public and in private.

AfriForum has taken this initiative even though AfriForum does not display the old South African flag. However, the blanket banning of it set a dangerous precedent that symbols that cause offense, with no call to violence or to cause imminent harm, can and should be banned.
