Deaths Of Peck is a fast-paced 2D hand-drawn precision platformer where the only way to WIN is to DIE.
In this full playtest gameplay, we play as Peck, a tiny goblin cursed with immortality. Orcs have taken his friends, and the only way forward is to survive a deadly tower filled with traps, enemies, and creative ways to die.
Every death gives Peck new abilities and opens up new ways to progress. Get sliced by a knife to unlock a double jump, get smashed by a hammer to change your movement, use fire to destroy obstacles and enemies, then heal and prepare to die again.
The game combines difficult precision platforming, fast movement, creative death mechanics, hand-drawn animation, hidden secrets, and challenging level design. Steam community feedback has also compared Deaths Of Peck to Super Meat Boy because of its difficult 2D platforming and precision gameplay.
