Instructions here:
1) Target dry roll 3x
2) Sidehop right & roll untarget retarget
3) Sidehop left 3x & roll untarget retarget
4) Hookshot without moving left or right just aim down till you hit the bridge with the red dot
5) Climb up & dry roll
6) Turn left I used ESS but can shield turn also just don't move
7) Hookshot straight up through the wooden platform
8) Dry roll + hold shield
9) Target then ESS tap 2x right
10) Hold shield & sidehop right
11) Press a to drop when sheik lands on the ground
Seems kinda inconsistent which could be just down to links breathing animation being annoying not sure tho didn't have the time to properly test this out.

Get to mirror shield with only bombs, shield, deku stick and slingshot.
The hover is between 11-13 bombs depending on how good your hovers are. This allows for mirror shield without going adult first for a key. For the next room you can do a distance megaflip to the platform or do the puzzle normally if out of bombs.")
