Here's how to repair, charge, and unlock vehicles and bikes along with getting your first bike in Death Stranding by charging the battery with a generator.

You'll need to come over to the Distribution Center West of Capital Knot City where the bike will be sitting and follow the orders until you come to order no. 9 which will be given at that same facility. Following order no. 9 will bring you to the Wind Farm and upon bringing the order to them, you will join the Wind Farm with the UCA and unlock the generator. The generator is used to charge vehicles and will be used to charge and repair the first one back at the Distribution Center West of Capital Knot City. Use a PCC and press down on the dpad until you get to the generator. Place it within range of the bike. (The blue flashing light needs to pass through the bike)
