This plays in the cutscene of Kratos killing the Hydra. It seems to be a unique song that doesn't play anywhere else in the game, although it resembles somewhat the Hydra combat song.
Cutscene music usually cannot be extracted separately, but this one is included in the game's files as an unused track for some reason. The version in the game's files is slightly longer at 35 seconds. In this video I edited it slightly to match it as close as possible to the version that plays in the cutscene.
