HOWDY PEOPLE I AM COMING IN WITH SOMETHING SAD AGAIN-
But yeah, I heard this song and realized how well it fits my OCs, and since Steele and Jenna are the animash version of said OCs, I made this AU (also because it was easier than making a PMV-)
That being said, you can see this as its own separate story with OC characters orrr as a Balto AU, your choice ^^
Sooo what is happening here?
Pretty much the song lyrics but with some of my tweaks to fit my story more. The puppy (Kodi in this case) is supposed to be an infant almost through the whole first verse, but since not many infant scenes exist I had to use older puppy scenes. But originally, the mother (Jenna) dies right after the birth. The father (Steele) grieves heavily, but still raises his daughter to adulthood lovingly, til the day his time runs out.
I just love completely switching Steele's attitude and personality and turn him into a lovable character. Bonus points if I can turn him in an adorable himbo lmaoo
It was really fun working on this, even though some parts drove me nuts because of lacking of scenes I needed xD
