1) How can I cope with negative feedback on my music? I am not talking about constructive criticism btw.

2) How can I cope with "post-composition blues" after writing an amateurish song? You know, feelings you get that you thought your song was awesome when you finished it, but you see flaws in the song more and more as the time passes.
