18w30b. Uses the same setup which causes observers to generate 6 game-tick pulses (which now generates 3 game-tick pulses, and gives a 0 game tick pulse to the next piston along)

On my last design the top double extender was not synced, but I used a furnace - comparator trick from Matoseb to get it synced C: Also this has a dust input, input is at the front, the redstone blocks are symmetrical, it has an always on lamp on it, its layout size and its fully synced! It cant really get better!
