This is a message from the heart to all those that are going through a struggle of some sort and are reaching out for help.

So many times we are lost for words on how to respond to someone going through a hardship and we don't know what to say or how to act. We can offer as many words of support as possible to make them feel better, but the truth is just being there is what matters the most.
