Dr. Nadine Burke Harris is an award-winning physician, researcher and advocate dedicated to changing the way our society responds to one of the most serious, expensive and widespread public health crises of our time: childhood trauma. Alex created and began teaching Becoming a Changemaker in 2019 and it's quickly grown to be one of our most popular electives for both undergraduates and MBAs. The course combines empirical research, case studies, experiential exercises, and visits from a diverse array of guest speakers to help students learn to lead positive change from where they are.
