Beth Ford serves as President and CEO of Land O’Lakes, Inc., a Fortune 500 food production and agribusiness company that is also a 100-year-old farmer-owned cooperative. She is a passionate advocate on behalf of farmers and rural America with the goal of connecting people, particularly in urban areas, to the farmers and rural communities who grow their food. When appointed in 2018, she was the first openly-gay female CEO of a Fortune 500 company.
In a fireside chat format, Beth Ford will discuss her leadership journey, advice for business students, leading during the pandemic, and her experience as an LGBTQ+ leader. There will be time at the end for questions from the audience.
