Something is happening to Dean Winchester's world.
While on a hunt with his brother for the infamous Djinn, Dean starts to realize that each door he passes through brings him into a new plane of existence.
And with each turn of the knob Dean swears he is being followed by a familiar face and quickly the threads of his realities start to come undone.
As he makes his way back towards his brother through a labyrinth of doors he begins to see changes in Sam and himself that he only once feared. Soon presented with the knowledge of a simple choice, Dean realizes once and for all where his life on the outside is headed and suddenly he knows he has a choice: Stay here forever with Liz, or go back to a crumbling world.
