Dealing with loneliness and relationships as a solo van life female RVer is a huge priority for mental health awareness. I get the question quite frequently, "Are you lonely" or "Is van life lonely?" I understand the intent behind the question because most of society has community and relationships around them to combat loneliness. However, when you are living in a van full time and moving around a lot, it may seem like one could get lonely.

In this video, I share my experience with dealing with loneliness and relationships. The truth is, I like to be lonely at times and I like the solitude that comes with van life. I don't think it matters if your male or female, we all experience loneliness even when you aren't solo.
