For the 1st Boss, Miyabi & Yanagi will be your best team thanks to the Anomaly buff and the Ice/Electric dmg bonus you get during the fight.
About the 2nd fight, the Boss take increased damage from Anomaly damage so any anomaly teams should be the trick. (I went with Jane and Vivian).
The last Boss is the best for Soldier 0 Team or Hugo Team because you can stun a lot of time the Boss and it has Electric weakness.
