The end result of the last step to a necromorph outbreak is an event known as convergence, unitologists believe that all that are worthy will lose their vessels to the marker, losing their individuality as they join together becoming a single entity through unity. Their souls will however leave to the paradise of the other side of reality where they will meet the gods they so worshipped.
