Dead Rising 3 (Nightmare Mode) Any % Speedrun in 1:43:42

This was of course done on the Xbox One, see upload/publish date of video.

I can improve this run and definitely achieve sub 1:40:00 there were several scary moments when ramming into explosive barrels and going over ramps, however this is a very good time and at the moment I am waiting for glitches to be discovered that can be used to improve my time.
