Rambo’s first scripted DOA video in over 2 years is a guide which unveils the most unimportant secret in the community: how to play as any of the four colors on Solo/Co-op. Now you guys could stop asking me! There may very well be alternate methods for this color trick that other players use, but this video just shows the way that I would do it. Thanks to MacMinty for helping out with the recording of this video.
Note: My statement about Option #2 from 2:35 - 2:49 is actually incorrect, as I had suspected in the video. If randoms join your match at any point, it no longer counts as a Solo match for you on the Leaderboards, even if they eventually back out. So I would advise against doing that, unless you only intend on playing for fun and not some super high-round, as to not distort the Leaderboards. Otherwise, I would personally recommend focusing on Option #1, outlined from 1:57 - 2:12, where you restart constantly if randoms join your match, and hope to eventually get through the early rounds without anyone joining you.
