Mother spawns worms that attacks the player, so like in other boss fights, the key is to keep moving. I think Mother is easier than Choir, it's just that she has more health (I think) and since the worm attack has been buffed, they are more annoying. But all in all, it's a much less scarier fight. I used a Chesterfield (12-gauge shotty) and an USI (uses 9mm ammo).
