Honestly after they didn't say antying about it for over a month I was of the opinoin that it wasn't happening again until next year. BUT they jsut confirmed it will be THIS YEAR so yeah expect it like next month TBH unless they will change the relics it drops.

You can swap out arcane eruption if you want more power strength but trust me you will one tap everything with this setup. Also you can still use the paris but its like 20-30% less crit chance for your illusions if you find that important.
