This year, I want to focus more on deep dives. While I like doing the tasting videos, I feel like I could utilize my expertise more by discussing the production processes at the distilleries that produce what I'm tasting. So that's what I'm going to try and do this year! And to kick off the year, I want to dive deep into Diamond Distillery/Demerara Distillers Limited, who have the coolest selection of stills of any distillery! And in doing so, I'll tell you what I thought of this 10-year-old Port Morant rum bottled by Single Cask Nation that I grabbed on my birthday.
