This was just a little something I participated in. I saw that there was an empty spot in DCM's little monotype tourney, so I decided to join it.
Round 1
Lv. 100 Singles
No legends (lol), Sleep/Species/OHKO/Evasion
- Ground, Normal, Steel, Fire, Bug, Flying, and Dragon monotypes are banned because this tournament was to decide who would become a gym leader. Since there are already leaders for those seven types, their types are banned from the tournament.
- Two wild cards are allowed, as long as they have a move that corresponds to the monotype.
The first match was pretty hilarious. I thought I was going to be SWEPT BY A SALAMENCE at first until it killed itself in confusion. I then sent out Toxicroak and hilarity ensues. As for the last part, I thought he wasn't dense enough to sleep me since I can Sub up, but I guess my prediction was wrong, and I end up missing out on a Toxicroak sweep.
