Today as part of my series on DCC basics I want to take a look at throttles. These are really an important part of all DCC systems and each brand offers a different feel and different functionality. So it's a good idea to handle and try out throttles when selecting a new DCC system. So let's get started with a look at the history of throttles and then some representative ones available today.
