Tonight we continue our DC-6 adventure in Malaysia, taking the mighty propliner on a challenging multi-stop journey across Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.
We begin at Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport, formerly Kuala Lumpur International Airport, before heading south to Malacca for our first full-stop landing. From there, we continue toward Singapore, exploring the city and overflying Seletar Airport before crossing into Indonesia for our second stop at Hang Nadim.
For the final leg, we turn north toward Tioman Island and take on one of the region’s most memorable airports. Surrounded by mountains, jungle, and ocean, Tioman is known for its demanding one-way approach and limited room for error — exactly the kind of destination the DC-6 series was made for.
