Chef Alvin is a huge fan of Bob’s Burgers, so we were happy to bring him on to help craft the Burgers of the Day!
POP-CHEVRE IT BURGER
Top Bun, Goat Cheese Slice(s), Onion Jam, Burger, Arugula, Mayo, Bottom Bun
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat a stainless steel pan to 350° and bless it with a little bit of oil. And, always (always!) season the patty with salt before cooking. Cook for 2-3 minutes until nicely caramelized. Flip the burger and season the cooked side with fresh cracked pepper. Now you can prep the bun while the burger finishes cooking. Add mayo and arugula to the bottom bun to magnify the flavor of the beef, onions and everything else. When the burger is ready, place directly on top of the arugula. Spread caramelized onion jam onto the patty. Place the goat cheese slices on top and finish it off with the top bun. Pop it on a plate and enjoy!
