Nearly three months after a shooting at an apartment complex on Benning Road left a 2-year-old boy injured, D.C. police said a suspect is in custody.The Metropolitan Police Department announced Tuesday that authorities arrested 19-year-old Casanova Lamons in connection with the June 9 incident.
