This guy was riding his ATV illegally on the road yesterday and our other neighbor who is an emt told him to be careful. The ATV rider had his kid on it and he was doing wheelies and what not. He told the emt "I don't care if he falls call the cops " So we did. So this morning they decide to drive by at 0557 and blare their horn. Immature kids.
