StalkerZ 2.0's recent release makes it pretty much the ONLY DayZ mod that a complete overhaul of the original DayZ experience, with an massive modded map (of which only 10% or so is shown in the video), 9 modded factions with lore, modded weapons, new medical mechanics, and best of all, anomalies!
