Does disabling Hyper Threading increase performance in DayZ Standalone?

Hyper Threaded: About 30% CPU usage, running 4/8 cores, 45~ fps.
Non Hyper Threaded: About 65% CPU usage, running 4/4 cores, 38~ fps
