I dont know who I proved right here, lol I think more investigations are needed. If the ending is how the moon's lighting is created, that would mean that:
1) the sun's light is not "everywhere" in other words, the sun is NOT a ball emitting light in ALL directions, it is more like a flashlight and possibly much smaller and more focused than we think of it. In other words, there is an "EDGE" to the sunlight - so a spaceship in space should be able to FLY THROUGH THE DARK until it gets to the edge of the sun's laser like beam. This makes no sense to me of how I was taught the sun is. if it does act like a laser possibly from any point in space, how does it light up all of Jupiter when the circumference of the beam is the size of the tiny moon?
2) more investigations need to be conducted before I conclude fully one way or the other what is going on - can a giant ball of light in space have "EDGES" to its light like a flashlight can? lets put a ball of light in a giant warehouse and see. or, is the sun a flat disk with edges? how HIGH up in the sky is the sun relative to the moon during these times? measurements needed. if the sun and moon position are wrong, the ending lighting does not work for the moon. Please continue to investigate everything with me
