Join Mary O’Brien as she gives a follow-up practical demonstration using smoke flares of the more turbulent air movement under daytime conditions once an early morning inversion has broken.

Spraying in daytime conditions under synoptic winds is considered much safer than spraying when there is laminar air flow during an inversion as fine droplets are brought to ground much faster.
