Public records show that Marcus Lamb, who passed away in 2021, was still listed as a registered agent in 2024 filings. Even more concerning, his parents were also listed as board members many years after they had passed away. These filings were submitted to the Texas Secretary of State by a company connected to Daystar.
This raises serious questions about transparency, proper governance, and whether Daystar has been maintaining accurate and truthful corporate records. Under Texas law, filing materially false documents can carry legal consequences.
Despite the seriousness of these findings, Daystar has not responded to requests for clarification. This situation adds to the growing concerns about accountability and leadership at the network.
