Well heyyy! Its been a while since I've uploaded a video. Being a mum of 3 is definitely harder that I ever imagined, and my ME time is very limited BUT I'm almost 4 months post-partum now (how crazy is that) so its time to start getting back to the ME I was before i got pregnant! The me that was taking care of myself and putting my health and well being a little higher on the list be it with hikes with the two babes in carriers (pretty much the ONLY way I can get my steps/cardio in), with quick beauty routines during the odd nap time or with supplements to help me get the most out of my day.
