Not only is Days Gone one of the better zombie games out there, but it's ultimately what games like State of Decay 2 should have been. Experiencing the thrill that is the game's hordes is a must, and despite a rough amount of performance issues, the killer sound design and compelling story are enough to keep Days Gone a relatively solid experience.
