DAY19: Psychedelic.
Wow, I did it! This challenge was the one I dreaded the most :D BY FAR!! But it was pretty funny, I guess. No idea if this is what psychedelic is supposed to look like :D The song belongs to the genre 'psychedelic rock', which is defined like this:
Psychedelic rock is a diverse style of rock music inspired, influenced, or representative of psychedelic culture, which is centred around perception-altering hallucinogenic drugs. Psychedelic rock is intended to replicate and enhance the mind-altering experiences of psychedelic drugs, most notably LSD.
When I was looking for a song & inspiration, there were just too many to choose from. Additionally some songs were debated to be psychedelic or not..I was more comfortable with psychedelic rock, which is why I chose this song. It was actually suggested by a dear friend of mine (and she studies music, she knows what's going on :D:D) Thanks, Kathi ♥
For a long time I didn't know which anime to choose. But then I stumbled upon Death Note again & then I knew that it would be a great choice. I have to admit that I cheated a bit..I mean half the scenes I selected were like that from the start, but the other half I put together myself.
It was funny to experiment with different layers, ugly color effects and such :D As long as it looks like your on drugs, it should be fine, right?? And the openings/endings of Death Note already provided much footage like that, so it would've been a waste to not use those, right? :D
Sorry that this is so short, but I kinda wanted to get this over with :D But when I actually found the groove, it was enjoyable enough to work on this :D
It's also crazy how different the topics are from day to day, that's a cool thing about the challenge :)

One more upload today!!! It’s not only Azy’s birthday, but also MiyuSawa day !! This should be a national holiday xD Just kidding !!! But I was looking forward to this day & I wasn’t even sure if I had time to work on this video! When my lovely Tyna showed me these fantastic MiyuSawa doujinshis, I JUST HAD TO do a video with those masterpieces too & I half-jokingly said “for MiyuSawa day I can do it” … AND HERE IT ISSSS !!!
I’ve NEVER worked on a video like this ... it’s quite ... spicy xD it’s been such a nice ride !! There are a TON of doujinshis out there, yet I focused on the lovely works by JULIA / MATSUYOSHI AKO. The ones I’ve been using are all R~18, BUT THEY ARE REALLY ADORABLE regardless~ That’s why I focused on them!!
I changed my song idea SO MANY TIMES throughout the last months before even starting to work on the video, but then I settled on this wonderful song – it’s so mesmerizing! The part I used is quite calm, but the later chorus ROCKS EVEN MORE. But since this was quite a fast edit, I was okay with doing the mellow part 😉
I LOVE THE COLOR I USED … that’s because this is for Tyna !! And of course: Diamond Hearts Studio! I love working for this studio & we’ve recently reached 100 subs, which is AMAZING!! At first, I thought of going with red or purple (the usual sexy colors??), but this turquoise fits SO WELL in my opinion! I also played around with some smoke overlays, I hope you enjoy !! TYNA I KEPT MY PROMISE !! I really hope you like this!!! ♥ LOVE YOUUUU !!!

This time, we focused on MANY characters and also different teams. WATCH THE FULL MEP, its fantastic!!! Everybody put so many cool moments in this! Its truly enjoyable ♥
I was soooo happy that I actually got parts where I had to focus on (the rare) GIIIIRLS from this anime!! My first idea was to do something with Rei!! And I coupled that with Kuramochi, Miyuki & Sawamura, since she recruited them !! And I added Haruno, since I needed one more girl! Her relationship with Sawamura is so cute!! AND THEN !?!?!? Tyna needed a bit help with half a part & THAT WAS MY CHANCE TO DO SOMETHING WITH THIS CUTE CHEERLEADER GIRL, Nishino (boy, was I glad when I found out her name :DD) - shes such a fangirl of Sawamura :3 Then I needed an eternity to finish my parts, but now were here and we can relax a bit ♥ Hope you enjoy the parts as well!

DAY30: Celebrate!
I MADE IT!!!! YEAHHH! There were even fireworks outside my house just now. Did my neighbors know that I was about to finish this challenge??? xD
For a long time I didnt have a plan for this day - I mean celebrate is just so vague :D Then I thought about what I really look forward to in general - what came to my mind was the Haikyuu!! manga! Every Saturday evening I try to read the new chapter & during the last weeks there were so many epic ones :) Especially the last two of them. Thats why I chose those two chapters in particular to create this video. I chose the song just yesterday. There just HAD to be a P!nk song in my challenge!!
And BOY, I cant wait for the next chapters ♥ Its going to be super awesome, I hope!!!
Its been such a long time since Ive edited with manga, but it worked out just fine, I guess. There arent any fancy motions in there (some editors are just too epic with that - Im not one of them :D) - but I guess it has enough movement as it is..its quite fast xD (too fast..??)
Anyways, this is THE END of my 30 Day Editing challenge! As a whole, Im super happy with the result(s)! I mean some days were harder as others, but on the other hand there actually WERE challenges & for me I think that I handled them quite well (in contrast to what I was expecting beforehand) :D
I hope you enjoyed my journey as well! I tried to include many of the animes Ive been working with before, but also touched a few new ones (which was also exciting!!). Who know what will come next..?? There are still some old projects lying around in my folder & Im pretty sure that after a few weeks of resting, Ill start working on those again!
This challenge has showed me that if you just DO something (may it because of lack of time), it may turn out quite nice - so I shouldnt think too much in the future & just do something :D
