The balloon applique is found here: jesscrafting.com/balloon-applique/. A clue as to why this block is making an appearance in my blanket is that it is from a movie that I watch EVERY Fall. It is from book from @stephenking. I think that is only appropriate that it makes an appearance in my Fall/Halloween blanket!
