My examination of the Sin of Greed continues with a whole video dedicated to Karzoug, the final Runelord of Greed.
Karzoug was the mightiest of the Runelords of Transmutation, and his rivalry with his neighbor Alaznist was legendary. Despite his eventual status as a mighty wizard king, his origins were humble and he worked for many years to suppress the truth of his past.
Karzoug was a scholar of many topics, and sponsored a wide variety of research programs across Shalast. He was also deeply intertwined with the Denizens of Leng, a coalition of nightmare beings who provided him with eldritch knowledge.
