The judge is considering whether prosecutors have presented enough evidence for Skelton to stand trial on charges connected to the 2010 disappearance of his sons Andrew, Alexander and Tanner.
Day 4 included testimony about online messages sent shortly before the boys disappeared, cellphone activity during Thanksgiving weekend 2010 and Skelton’s history with his first wife and daughter.
Andrew was 9, Alexander was 7 and Tanner was 5 when they disappeared while in their father’s custody. Their remains have never been found.
Skelton faces three counts each of open murder and tampering with evidence. He is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
