Day 5 takes me from the Netherlands into Germany on my European motorcycle adventure. 🏍️ First stop – the famous Arnhem Bridge, the site of the WWII battle known as A Bridge Too Far. From there, I ride on (in some very wet weather!) to the legendary Möhne Dam, famously bombed by 617 Squadron using the bouncing bomb during the Dambusters raid.

Despite the rain, walking along the dam and seeing this piece of history up close is an unforgettable experience. Another day of incredible roads, deep history, and soggy riding gear!

📍 Route Highlights: Arnhem Bridge → Möhne Dam
🏍️ Bike: BMW R1250GS
🌧️ Weather: Wet and wild in Germany

Hotel: Friedchens Gasthof an der Möhne - My Rating out of 10 = 7
