Day Three of The Breezeway Getaway is where it all paid off.
We kick things off in a suite with Bar Tiki babe, Devon Lopez, shaking up a very tasty Flor de Caña cocktail...
The daytime energy was loose and electric. More room parties. More spontaneous hangouts. DJs spinning as people drifted between suites, the pool, and the bar. No schedule pressure, just that feeling that you needed to be everywhere at once because something great was always happening.
Our wrap party ended in the secret room at the Tonga Hut... But we had one last stop after that!

Commando Grog by Jason Alexander
2oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz lime juice
3/4 oz ube syrup
3/4 oz coconut cream
2 oz light rum
Pour ingredients into shaker tin. Shake vigorously with pebble ice. Serve in a mai tai glass.

To make the Rum Boogie:
3 oz fresh orange juice
2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz pineapple juice
1/4 oz curacao
1/4 oz rock candy syrup (2:1 simple syrup)
1/4 oz Herbsaint
1 oz light Puerto Rican rum
1 oz brandy
1 oz 151-proof Demerara rum
Blend in electric drink mixer with one scoop shaved ice. Pour into Tiki bowl. Decorate with a gardenia.

2oz fresh lemon juice
1 1/2oz coconut cream
1 1/2oz apricot brandy
1 1/2oz light Puerto Rican rum
1 1/2oz dark Jamaican rum
