Welcome to part of Day 28! Now that you've stretched your body with a 10 minute morning yoga class, you're ready to learn your simple daily challenge for a flexible mind.

Today's challenge is based around the one-word intention: CLEANSE

Time for a social media cleanse! I want you to go through all of your social media platforms and do a serious pruning of who you're friends with and who you follow. Do this on each and every platform you use such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. Declutter those spaces so that the people and brands you encounter are still in line with your values and where you are in life. You can do the same thing with your mailing list! Unsubscribe to a bunch of mailing lists that aren't relevant to you anymore. It will feel good, I promise!
