The Twelve Days of Sin-Mas continue with a look into the faith of Lissala, the Scihedron Scion, and the goddess who inspired Xin's research into Rune Magic.
Though she was a minor goddess in Azlant, Lissala rose to prominence in Thassilon, and her faith was a unifying force in the early days of the empire. As the Runelords and their subject fell to Sin, however, Lissala found herself drawn toward a worldview of tyranny and punishment.
By the time of the Thassilonian collapse during Earthfall, Lissala's faith was on the decline. Secular political power had upstaged her faith as the driving force in Thassilon. In response, Lissala began to retreat from the world, leaving her clerics powerless in the Age of Darkness.
