Day 2 trekking the Huemul Circuit near El Chalten. In the Argentina Patagonia wilderness I had to cross the Tunel River on a cable. First time ever wearing a climbing harness and using a Tyrolean Traverse. Helped out by some very nice French hikers who checked my safety equipment. I became lost while hiking solo on Tunel Glacier and the moraine. Eventually found the trail leading up to Paso de Viento (windy pass). Amazing views of the Southern Patagonian Ice Field. Descent down to a small lake for camping.
