DAY 190 RUNNING AROUND AUSTRALIA 🇦🇺 to break the stigma around mental health & have just one more conversation that could save a life.
12 DAYS TO GO.. I’m going home, can you tell I’m excited?
Right now, still out here one foot in front of the other, one conversation after the other 🩵 each day right now is about bringing more & more joy, time to send it home…
So the question I keep getting asked is what’s next after the run, FIRSTLY sleep…. my question is still, what are YOU going to do after the run???
