The mission centers on preventing the permanent demolition of すかっとランド九頭竜 (Sukatto Land Kuzuryu), a shuttered municipal public onsen and recreation complex in Fukui City, by converting it into a Community Owned Green Data Center (COGDC).
Rather than allowing the facility to sit abandoned or face wrecking crews, the project repurposes the site into a high-efficiency digital and civic anchor.
