Ingredients:
1 Cup - Powdered Sugar
1/2 Cup - Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)
1 Cup - Nonfat Dry Milk
Pinch of Salt
1 TSP - Ground Cinnamon (add less cinnamon if you dont like it)
1/4 Cup - Sugar

How to Mix the Hot Cocoa:
3 TBSP for each CUP of water.
