The sewer pad keep on giving, modified it to gives this nice croaky feature. It reminds me a TINY bit of a sample from Hired Guns on the Amiga, only not quite as good.

Found those turtles in the room, and I kinda loved them, so those plus the croaking equals the name! 🤣
